What will be in my box?

We handpick each item based on the theme and product that we have in our store. Because inventory changes all of the time and the industry is always bringing in new and different things, these boxes will always be different. Your box will have some different things than another person’s box, and the same themed boxes will have different items this month than next month, so there is an element of surprise and excitement with each box. That is what makes it fun and different. All items will be carefully selected and will always be quality products.

What if I do not like what is in my box?

We like to be creative and provide different options for our customers, so a sense of adventure will bring your greatest satisfaction. Have an open mind and have fun with what you receive! The best thing to do to avoid receiving products you refuse to use is prevention. Let us know ahead of time of any products you refuse to use or colors you just can’t look at. If you absolutely hate an item, then you can ship your unused, undamaged, NEW product back to us on your dime, and we will include a replacement in your future box. This transaction needs to happen before the 10th of the month when the next box gets shipped. Otherwise, maybe the piece will grow on you? No exchanges after 30 days.

Can I return my products?

If your product arrives damaged or broken, please email a picture within 12 hours of receipt, and we will issue a replacement. We do not do returns, only replacements with similar products.

Do you have a referral discount?

Currently, we do not have a formal referral program, but that is next up on the horizon!

When will my box ship to me?

We ship boxes on or around the 10th of each month. Your credit card will be charged on the 10th for the current shipment. Cancellations after the 10th of the month will be applied to the following month.

Are there things that I will never get in my box?

Due to HUGE HAZMAT fees, we do not ship butane or filled lighters, including torch lighters. Also, due to laws that prohibit the sale and shipping of tobacco thru the mail, we will not send any tobacco or tobacco products, including blunts.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription before the 10th of each month for the current month. Cancellations on or after the 10th of the current month will take effect next month. Once a Subscription box is allocated for shipment, which is the 10th of each month, we can not issue refunds or accept cancellations on that particular shipment.
